1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and iuck33 ("iuck33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at iuck33.net and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing the iuck33 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, including all policies incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on iuck33 from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the iuck33 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of iuck33 services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. iuck33 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is mandatory and will be conducted prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated systems, and bots may not register player accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from iuck33 or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be accessing iuck33 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of iuck33 or any of its affiliate companies, game providers, or payment processors.

iuck33 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residential address at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on iuck33 at any given time. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, mobile number, payment method, or device used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. iuck33 may, in its absolute discretion, close all associated duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings accrued across those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your iuck33 account. This includes your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times and must notify iuck33 promptly of any changes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your iuck33 login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. iuck33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify iuck33 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

iuck33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) commitments. You may be required to submit copies of your CNIC, proof of address, and evidence of your payment method before withdrawals are approved. iuck33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

iuck33 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment channels: EasyPaisa mobile wallet, JazzCash mobile wallet, Raast instant bank transfer, and standard bank transfers from major Pakistani financial institutions including HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposits are credited to your iuck33 account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). iuck33 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is displayed within the cashier section of your iuck33 account at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. iuck33 reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.3 Deposit Responsibility

You confirm that all funds deposited into your iuck33 account originate from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised account holder of the payment instrument used. iuck33 operates a strict policy against the use of third-party payment accounts. Deposits identified as originating from accounts not registered in your name may be reversed and your account suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Failed Transactions

iuck33 is not liable for delays or failures in deposit processing caused by your payment provider, network connectivity issues, or bank processing times. If a deposit does not reflect in your iuck33 wallet within the expected processing time, you must contact iuck33 support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested to a verified payment account registered in your own name. iuck33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.4.

5.2 Processing Times

iuck33 aims to process withdrawal requests to EasyPaisa and JazzCash wallets within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two (2) to five (5) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. Processing times are not guaranteed and may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. iuck33 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, which may result in requests for additional supporting documentation.

5.4 Withholding of Funds

iuck33 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments where: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms; (b) KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily provided; (c) a chargeback has been initiated by the Player on any prior deposit; or (d) a regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed iuck33 to freeze the account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

iuck33 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. These promotion-specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your iuck33 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at expiry will be forfeited automatically.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

iuck33 prohibits the deliberate exploitation of promotional offers. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and coordinating with other players to collectively exploit a promotion. iuck33 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified, without prior notice.

6.4 iuck33 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

iuck33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is terminated after a Player has already claimed it in good faith, iuck33 will honour the bonus to the extent accrued prior to termination, subject to these Terms.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on iuck33 are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to the relevant product — cricket betting, live casino, slots, or instant games. The following general betting rules apply across all iuck33 products:

• Bets are binding once confirmed by the iuck33 system. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections before confirming.
• In the event of a technical error during a transaction, iuck33 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance.
• iuck33 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout applicable to any individual bet or combination of bets, at its absolute discretion, including in respect of any individual player account.
• Bets placed after the official start time of a sporting event — including cricket matches — will be void unless live in-play betting was explicitly offered and accepted for that market.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the records of iuck33's system shall be the definitive reference, subject to the Player's right to raise a formal complaint as described in Section 16.

Game-specific rules for cricket betting, live casino titles, video slots, Ludo Quick, and Nine are published within the respective game or section interfaces on the iuck33 platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the iuck33 platform. Engaging in any of the below activities will result in account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment instruments.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker formats.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the iuck33 platform in a way not explicitly permitted.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to place bets with an unfair expected value. iuck33 reserves the right to void any bets placed under such conditions.
• Money Laundering: Using the iuck33 platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity. iuck33 is obligated to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant regulatory authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider in respect of a deposit made to iuck33 without first raising the issue through iuck33's official complaints process.
• Harmful or Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward iuck33 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the iuck33 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of iuck33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the iuck33 platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any iuck33 content; reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the platform software; or use the iuck33 brand, logo, or trademarks without express written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iuck33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the iuck33 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from system downtime, internet connectivity failures, or maintenance periods.
• Loss of winnings due to technical errors subsequently corrected under these Terms.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made on the basis of information displayed on the iuck33 platform that later proves inaccurate due to data feed errors.

iuck33's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your iuck33 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit iuck33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

iuck33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an iuck33 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

iuck33 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary for the operation of the platform — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and customer support tools — and subject to binding data protection agreements.

iuck33 may be required to disclose player data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in response to lawful requests, without prior notice to the Player where such notice is legally restricted.

12 Responsible Gaming

iuck33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all iuck33 account holders and may be activated at any time through the Account Settings panel or by contacting iuck33 support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your iuck33 account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss you may incur over a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the iuck33 platform. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 12 months from activation.

iuck33 also trains its support staff to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively contact players whose betting patterns suggest potential harm. Players showing such patterns may have limits imposed on their accounts without prior request.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by iuck33

iuck33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) iuck33 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order; (c) iuck33 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity on your account; or (d) iuck33 ceases to offer services in your jurisdiction.

13.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to iuck33.

13.3 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your iuck33 account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course following account closure request submission.

14 Amendments to These Terms

iuck33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the iuck33 platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Where you continue to use the iuck33 platform after the effective date of any amendment, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which iuck33 is licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and iuck33, you are encouraged to first contact iuck33 support to seek an informal resolution. iuck33 commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution body specified under iuck33's applicable gaming licence. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties, subject to applicable legal rights.
